Due to the custom nature of our products, ALL SALES are FINAL and NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

All orders are automatically confirmed via email. You will be notified again via email or phone on the day your order ships. If you have any questions, please contact us by phone or email.

Payment terms are 50% deposit on all custom orders with balance due before shipping. If buying an “in stock” item, balance is paid in full before item is shipped.

You will receive an email invoice with secure links for payment via credit/debit card. The invoice for the deposit will be sent when your order is begun. At this point, no changes can be made in your order. When it is finished, a second invoice will be sent for the balance owing. which will include the shipping/insurance fees. This must be paid before your item is shipped.

We ship and insure via USPS Priority Mail. Usually, they require a signature on insured packages. If you wish to have your order shipped via a different carrier, Express delivery or outside the United States, you will assume any extra cost for doing so. Shipping fees are figured when your order is done and weighed and added to your final invoice. If you are ordering more than one product, we can ship them together and save you on your shipping costs. Costs vary according to how far the item is shipped from Ashland, WI, and how much the insurance amounts to.
